Both Jay and Roger have serviced pur cottage. Both provide top notch professional service. In addition and very important to me, they don't treat us like outsider city people to be taken advantage of. They know we are working people too and treat us with kindness and respect. No matter how small or large the job these guys perform at the highest level. I highly recommend requesting either of these professionals.
We were not LeProvost customers but when we had no AC one weekend, a serviceman was here in 20 minutes. And, the plumber who installed a sink and disposal was VERY capable, knowledgeable, respectful, pleasant, and did an EXCELLENT job!
I have been using Leprovost for a few years now on a number of local condo/apartment communities and they always have been great. But something has changed in recent months. I don't know if some of the people they employed left but service is super slow now and in the business I am in that's not going to work. I don't think I will be using them for service anymore. There are plenty of businesses that would love the work.
SEE PHOTOS - Unprofessional, disrespectful, and invasive! Closed and opened our seasonal home plumbing before and after winter, and for NO REASON WHATSOEVER they DISMANTLED every faucet and plumbing control on our sinks, toilet, shower, and dishwasher. These pieces have NOTHING to do with draining the pipes for the winter, and taking them apart was absolutely unnecessary. Worker left our bathroom in tatters, pieces of bathroom fixtures scattered everywhere, anti freeze splattered in the tub and sink, it was a complete mess. All they had to do was drain the pipes, and turn the water off and on. Clearly this person was trying to stretch their time on the clock. Zero stars wasn't an option but that's what they deserve.
Le prevost did a great job servicing our boiler. They were able to replace a couple of malfunctioning parts in our utility area quickly. Roger who serviced the boiler also gave us some important safety tips as new home owners!
