We had a tankless heater fail and the plumber who installed it was of no help. We reached out to KJ and they were quick to get over and stuck with us through a difficult process to obtain the part and get it installed, all for a very reasonable price on a system they were unfamiliar with. All the while they were friendly and communicative and a pleasure to work with. While we hope not to have any problems in the near future, we will give them another call first if something comes up.
