Very respectful and professional father son crew. Marc sent out his son Matt who was a pleasure to have in my home. Seemed to me Matt was very knowledgeable in his trade. I originally called to have a new kitchen sink and faucet installed and while he was here he did a few other things for me aswell. Everything came out flawless and i now know who to call for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I would not give these guys any business. They are very bad at communicating and seem to have no professionalism. We waited for the guy (Mark) to show up to our place to inspect a few air conditioner units for replacement, and he never showed up. When he was late for the scheduled timeframe, I called. He said he was running late by an hour. Then two hours went by and I called again.... Mark said he was on the property but he left because he forgot. His excuse was that he was too busy and just forgot because of how much he had going on that day. I understand these things happen, but at least communicate so people don't sit around all day waiting. "Just forgetting" is unprofessional and doesn't give me confidence in the work that he'll do anyway. It took calls to the office every single time for him to get back to us and make any progress. I'd suggest you find another company to do business with.

My tenants ceiling has been leaking and we couldn't find the problem. It got really bad on Sunday, and I recieved a call said it was leaking bad. I called Homestaed Sunday night at midnight for an appointment for Monday. I got a call Monday morning from Ryan, and he said I will be there in 5 - 10 minutes... He came and found that the toilet was the cause. He replaced the wax ring and set the toilet back, problem solved. Awesome. While he was there I had him fix the basement toilet as well and a leaking faucet outside. I can only say Great things about Homestead.... Greatly appreciated guys...
