I am a repeat customer. Justin is very responsive, answers all questions and concerns and takes his time to make sure you understand all the details. Time was of the essence in this case. He came right over. He removed an old Zoeller sump pump, capped the copper water pipe and pvc tube and hauled the old pump away. He also checked the overflow tank he installed a year ago. His fee was very reasonable. We will call him again.

Justin does great work. Very reliable and reasonably priced. He is also great at communicating about time! I highly recommend him!!!

Justin is responsive, reliable and knowledgeable, I wouldn't use anyone else. I called for help with a clogged kitchen disposal which he came to look at. I also had noticed (but forgot to mention on the phone) that my basement bathroom was having an issue flushing (it runs on a pump) and asked casually if Justin wouldn't mind looking at it while he was there. The toilet turned out to be a major problem that Justin was able to diagnose quickly and put in his schedule over the next couple of days. I work in and around Newton and pass Justin on the road---he's everywhere and his friendly and positive attitude are contagious. Getting a beep and a wave from your plumber is the best!

Great plumbers. They have replaced a hot water heater for us and done some work on damaged pipes for an irrigation system. They have always been helpful, prompt and professional. They managed to fit in an our work when another customer canceled, so that meant they were available on short notice. They seem to always make sure to do the job to a high quality and take the time to explain the work they have done, which is appreciated. I look forward to continuing working with them for any future plumbing work.

Justin is exceptional, when our hot water heater sprung a leak he helped us get through the crisis. He first communicated on the phone how to shut off the water flowing to the tank, and then came over as soon as he was able to drain it and install a replacement. Justin also identified problems with how the old tank was venting and patched up the connection to the chimney making a safer, more efficient system. We would reccommend him to anyone and will defintely call him again with any future plumbing needs. He clearly cares about the quality of his work and the integrity of his craft. Thanks Justin
