Gervais Plumbing Heating & AC

Terrible company! Called Gervais on 7/20 to exchange an electric water heater tank due to a leak. The technician informed me that the cost was going to be $ 325 for the first hour and $180 dollars every hr after plus parts. In the process of replacing the tank, he told me that he didn’t have all the parts needed to complete the job. He went to Home Depot to get the parts he needed which took him approximately 45 minutes. Mind you, HomeDepot is approximately 5 minute away from my house if that. Once the job was completed, he charged $ 180 dollars for the time he spent at Home Depot buying the parts he should have with him for the job. End cost of exchanging my water heater tank $ 810 dollars for three hrs. I talked to one of the manager about this issue and he replied was “ it was a Saturday and we don’t usually carry all the supplies with us. He was on overtime” Gervais is bad for business. That was a ripoff! I will never use them again!

Extremely informative and A+ work on my heating and air conditioning systems. They're not the cheapest but I'd prefer not to hire the less experienced guys for my equipment installation! It's best to do it right ONE TIME!

Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for an appointment for an estimate at 8. Called their office at 930 to see where they were. After a hold, told me the person wasn't working today and could maybe send someone else in an hour. Go elsewhere if you want someone to respect your time.

Fast and easy boiler replacement. Thank you for a nice, straightforward experience. It's refreshing in today's day and age.
