O'Brien plumbing gives superior service at a reasonable price.

Called for a clogged drain they stated they would call back when they could fit me in.A week went by still nothing .waste of time.

I called O’Brien plumbing for an emergency of a broken water main and the water main had to be shut off at the street. They stated they would send someone out to repair it and I even told them the repair that was needed after having the water department pump out the three feet of water out. They never called or responded to the emergency and when calling back I reached the answering service who stated they would not respond to an after hours call due to not being a current customer. I informed them the home was just purchased and that a pluming service has never been used due to being a new home owner . Also made them aware this is a family with five children and two of them under three years old and that they have no water at all. I was told there was nothing she could do. I told her this call was placed hours ago during business hours and was told they would call and be here since I asked if they had availability yo service an emergency call. So to say the least I will never use or recommend O’Brien’s plumbing in the future and will be reporting them to the better business bureau. Sadly they left a family in an emergency sitiuation without even a care to have the common curtosy to tell them they would not provide the service call and left them waiting!!!!!
