The plumber mixed up the cold and hot water settings and left us with a loose handle. Also, he didn’t have the proper Allen wrench to tighten the handle. I called twice to complain and never received a return call. I’m moving on to another plumber.

They came to fix my commercial sink and after a month it started leaking again. I I hardly got them to honor the warranty and after two months it started leaking again. Wouldn't recommend them for commercial plumbing.

I contacted Paul Flaherty Plumbing & Heating to do some work on a property under my care. Nick arrived on time and listened as I reviewed the issues I was aware of. He performed a whole house check and made reasonable recommendations for repair. The work was more extensive than expected and he arranged his schedule to spend the whole day doing repairs. He had to return a second time to complete the job and worked with my schedule to get it done. I have also spoken to Paul Flaherty on two occasions and found him to be very attentive and willing to work with me to obtain the desired results. I would recommend them without hesitation. L
