New England Pipe is an outstanding company. Scott leads a team of high quality professionals--a bunch of nice, hardworking folks who do excellent work and treat their customers with respect. NE Pipe installed a liner in the collapsing clay drain pipe going from our house to the city main. This avoided digging up the front lawn, sidewalk and street. When we experienced another blockage over a year later, Scott sent a team over to clear it and inspect the liner. The issue was unrelated to the liner, which was performing perfectly. Despite that, I was not charged for the service call. That's going above and beyond. As other reviewers have noted, Scott is a straight shooter and a pleasure to work with. It's extremely difficult to find companies like NE Pipe that offer this level of service and integrity. I highly recommend them.

Scott and his team at New England Pipe Restoration did wonderful work in restoring our sewer lateral line and inspecting the interior pipes and plumbing stack trunk in our basement. Scott and his team have integrity and are true professionals. I knew from our first call that Scott was trustworthy and a straight shooter. I would recommend them to anyone.

My regular plumber identified an issue in the pipe leading from my basement bathroom to the main drain. I was concerned that major excavation might be required to address. NE Pipe sent a crew to investigate, and they were able to identify and remove the obstruction with no digging required. I ended up spending hundreds vs. thousands. First rate job -- prompt, professional, and really knew their stuff. Highly recommmend.

NE Pipe is the best! Quick response to our inquiries, scheduled the job within a week, and arrived early and well prepared. The team was well experienced and patient in dealing with a couple of issues (and with us). We couldn't be more pleased. My wife described the end product and the video inspection as "a work of art". We wouldn't do this any other way. It was professional and painless.
