Very nice, affordable and professional service

Made an appt with Sue and explained that I was moving from another company because they no longer give appt. times. I like to be there when a new company comes as I have irrigation lines to be careful of and I want them to be careful with the landscape as the septic tank is in front of my house. Scott came today 1.5 hours after the end of my 2 hour appt. window! Not Great. He did apologize but said that he doesn't get a time schedule. Really? Then why are they booking appts???? The good news is that Scott did a good job, and did not charge me for the digging as recompense for the lateness. Nice people, just be wary about strict appt. times!
