I've used Freiner Company for about 30 years. They've always been prompt, courteous, clean (not unimportant!) and they've responded quickly to all kinds of plumbing disasters. Recommended highly.

It is true that you can expect a prompt response from the company, but if you are ordinary home owner, stay away. This company use to work with organizations and pricing is made appropriately. If you think that replacement of the washing machine valve should take 3 hours ( they are charging per hour) and should cost $860, then you can hire them. To be honest, yes, it was emergency call on Sunday ( which was charged for $250 only for Sunday visit), but still, the price charged for the work done, was way over the top. Needless to say, when I called back trying to re-negotiate this invoice, no one will return your call.

Freiner Company responds quickly and does excellent work!
