Great AC service. They just finished up a wonderful ductless unit that will heat and cool my garage and basement. I spoke to John initially then his son Brandon. They had their crew here within a week and price was just where I needed it to be. Thanks again if you read this.

Well I have to say this company is way too overpriced. Also terrible customer service. Had to go in person to get an invoice because when they came to fill my tank they didn’t fill it all the way. They tried to say my gauge was off which it isn’t. Also the fat lady behind the counter who I believe does the phones recognized me and started shaking her head when I was putting in a complaint about her because she screwed up payments in the first place. Don’t go here try haffners or Simards first, cheaper and better customer service.

Service was very good but we sent two checks and the second check was lost again.... so we called up and we were told “your not the only customers that that has happened to.... why don’t u use credit card?” Why don’t I use credit card? Are you serious? Why don’t you NOT LOST CHECKS AND STOP BLANING THE POST OFFICE.... it’s obvious it’s not them. Why don’t we just change oil companies after 30 plus years.... how about that? Rude sob UPDATE:: So, the first check was “lost” and we went down to make a double payment in person, and today the bank calls and says the initial check WAS cashed. Come to find out, Freeman applied the first check to another account... so which is it? You applied it to another account, or other people lost checks too. You people can’t get your stories straight. I will suggest to my family that they change oil companies. You have gone way downhill since mr freeman passed. Not in delivery service, because that remains prompt and excellent which is why I changed my rating, but whoever the woman is that is on the phones at or the time, she needs a lesson in manners because she has none. Basically tried to make it seem like it was my mother’s fault... and tou are the ones that applied her check to another account? Well thanks to u a whole bunch of checks are bouncing and we have to physically go to the bank and take care of all that, not to mention the bounced check fees..... absolutely rediculous
