My first encounter with them was great. Gave them a call when my 4-year old forgot to turn the faucet on the tub upstairs that resulted to a flooded kitchen downstairs. Tony's team came right on time, completed the task in less than 3 hours and charged me based on their initial quotation, no more and no less. That's a good way to keep a client!

Carl and the team he was with were friendly and prompt. When my heater broke down mid-December, their team was the only one who agreed to drop by since it was already 1 in the morning. The job was completed in a reasonable amount of time without any hidden surcharges. They're highly recommended!

A week ago, I couldn't make our kitchen sink work --- it was obviously clogged but despite the efforts to remove whatever's causing it, we just couldn't make it right. Poured every possible unclogger I could find, didn't work. Called our neighbor to work on it, still didn't work. The final call was probably the best thing I did because I should have made it before trying out any DIY unclogging tip I found on the internet! This call could have saved me $$$! Next time there's an issue, I'll call Plumbers 911 immediately

This team of courteous men arrived just in time. I called Plumbers 911 sometime in February to fix a clog in the kitchen and they had someone come over to assess our plumbing problem within an hour. Calling them was easy and the guys behind the phone worked to accommodate us with an earlier time because of the urgency of our concern. Two plumbers, both friendly and willing to help, arrived and fixed the clog and priced me fairly. Highly recommended service!

Jose gave me an assessment quickly and was able to fix the stoppage within an hour. Very courteous and professional in his dealings despite the day and time (called them Sunday at 7PM). I was more than pleased with Plumbers 911's customer service.
