Was recommended to them and glad I was. Jeanine was a saint. She walked me through what they needed to do, cost, and things I could do while I waited so that the leak wouldn't get worse. They were able to send someone over same-day and he was great. Gil was very personable and professional. Definitely saving their number for the future.

I hired this plumber to fix a shower that wasn't hot enough. I knew the hot water heater was fine because hot water was fine everywhere else but shower. Since I was having a plumber come, I also wanted to change out the fixtures so I bought new ones. He came and basically told me that he could not do the job. He said the replacement fixtures had to be the same brand as the original fixtures. I've done a lot of remodeling and never ran into this problem before with a plumber. I found out later that it is true that I had to use the same brand for the part that turns the water on and off, but he didn't explain that. He just left without telling me what I needed to do to get the job done. Maybe some of their plumbers are good, but not all of them are. Beware of this company.

I had a leak in a bathroom wall but could not source the leak. Called Big Blue and scheduled a time for one of their plumbers to come take a look and give me a quote. They gave me a window between 12;00 and 3:00 for the plumber to show up. I left my name, number, and address. I missed a half day of work waiting for them to arrive but they never came or even called me to say the could not make it. I still have my leak and I lost a half day of work.. This is just exceedly poor business. You can chose to call them but they won't be hearing from me again!

I've used Big Blue exclusively for 5 years. Kevin is very knowledgeable and the few times I've had questions about my bill he sorted it out immediately. Very clean and professional service at competitive prices.

Very helpful visit to diagnose a problem with my furnace-boiler. It wasn't a difficult fix, but I got to see the entire system checked thoroughly and understand a lot better how it worked and what specifically had gone wrong.
