AA Zack plumbing & heating

This was the first time we have used AA Zack but it sure won't be the last! My hot water faucet for my kitchen sink turned into "Old Faithful" and I cannot have a non-working kitchen sink. I found this company online, saw all the rave reviews of them and my husband called them at 8:00 am this morning (Friday, 2/3/17). They were there and DONE by 9:15 am! He said that they were fantastic!!! Thank you AA Zack - you're now going to be OUR plumber!!!

I just hang up the phone with this company. very rude on the phone don't even waste your time calling.

I used AA Zack in the summer to install an irrigation meter and backflow in my home, they did a great job at a reasonable price and showed up when he told me he would. So when one of my heating system pipes froze and ruptured, I called AA Zack again. He came as soon as he could and I am sure he was very busy with other broken pipe calls that week! He fixed my problem in 1 hour for a minimum charge and mentioned that I should consider upgrading my heating system pump that was 2 GPM to 12 GPM. I agreed to the amount, and he installed right then within 30 mins. My heating system now heats up 70% faster with the new pump and I can't wait to see the savings in my gas bill! This pump is going to pay for itself and save me lots of $$$. AA Zack knows what they are doing, quick and his prices are very fair, I will call him for all my plumbing needs in the future!

Just called to get a quote. I was given a quote of $145 per getting toilet unclogged and he said it will only take 5 minutes. I told him that it is way too expensive for a 5 minute task and he got agitated and started yelling. I started raising my voice saying that I am a customer wanting a quote and asking a question because I never had to use a plumber before. He seemed more agitated that I tried to explain. Call ended with the guy at AA Zack dropping an F-bomb and hanging up. Terrible experience.

I called AA Zack Plumbing to replace my hot water heater. They recommended the new on-demand tankless hot water system. I agreed to it and they did within 5 hours and I can't believe I waited so long to do this. I would recommend this company due to the fair price and efficient, professional work.
