This company was very prompt in having Sean (a highly skilled knowledgeable professional) come out and assess the problem. They were very affordable and reasonable. AVOID! Very dishonest business practices. Mr. Drain came to clear a clogged pipe. In doing so, they punctured the pipe and caused damage to condos below us. Mr. Drain has refused to take any responsibility for this and now we will be left trying to claim against their insurance with proof of their damage from another plumber.
