What a Terrific place!!! I am NOT A PLUMBER, not even close. All I knew was I needed a Ton-O-Pipe. 3-4 Different kinds of pipe for different applications. I also needed all the "Who-dingies" to go with them. "Bob Is the BEST!!!!!" He was patient, jolly, friendly & informative. He spent hours creating my order while taking phone calls and filling propane orders with the same exemplary customer service. I put the order on hold while I figured out financing and delivery. Finally, at 3:45 on Sat (they close at 4:00) I called, in a panic annoucing, "I'm on my way". Bob worked with us for over an hour, after 5:00 pm to make sure we got everything we needed. I have no idea what their pricing is like vs others but honestly....I couldn't care. The service, expertise and access to stock was incrediable! and it was free!!! Thanks Bob, Baldy & Austin & Others for brightening my day

Giving them one star. Not for their work but for them not returning a call during an emergency. Here I have yet another plumbing emergency and as I'm looking for a plumber I am passing on them. Just for the fact I pretty much know there is a high chance I will not get a call back. Disappointed since I see others have rated on their work with great ratings.

Just used this company today. Very quick service. They even had the random part for my heater to work. You know the one that takes 2 days to get. I will use them again.

Had them come out to help with my heating issues. Can't say enough great things about them. The tech who came out walked me through everything thing he was doing and explained everything in detail when I asked questions. Would recommend and would definitely hire them again to have my boiler serviced when the time comes. A+++
