The equipment service they performed at my house and the oil deliveries were always, on time, quick, and professional. Great new customer service plan. Automatic deliveries haven’t let my tank get under 1/4 full, so I haven’t been left wondering when they will come. Called them for a service once and the tech was very polite and insightful. Fixed my problem and didn’t get charged because of the service plan. Would definitely recommend

Great experience as a new customer. Truly appreciated Al and Sean who did the install of our new heat pump and AC system. It was not an easy job. Our spaces were tough to navigate, and our old system was a bear to remove. They kept at it, worked hard, were reliable, communicated everything really well and were pleasant. Recommend them strongly. Thank you! Jake and his father did the electrical work and are deserving of special note. They arrived quickly, solved a pressing problem, answered our questions (so did Al and Sean) and also were pleasant. We were almost shocked how great all the guys were. A final thanks to Colin for setting up the project. He explained everything well (technical issues and pricing), gave us a reliable project schedule and likewise was remarkably polite/friendly.
Alvin Hollis was super helpful at a time of need for us. We were without heat, hot water, etc. from a boiler issues. They typically don't sign on net new customers, but because of our dire circumstances they helped us out. We signed on as a new oil consumer with them and they installed the boiler within 48 hours notice. A Manager (Joe) drove out to our house to get everything setup within hours of our call. Overall, very impressed by their customer loyalty and due diligence to help us out in a great time of need.
