Michael Clancy is an unreliable plumber. After showing up late to an estimate he then proceeded to not show up to the job at all. He claimed that he did not want to deal with the city. He did not respond to texts or pick up his phone to let us know and did not respond until hours after we tried to contact him. Know that if you take work off for him to do his job he will probably not show up so don't even bother using him in the first place.
