Final bill exceeded estimate by 20%. Plumbing work performed by three Hispanic workers, none of whom we're licensed plumbers or licensed journeyman. Minimal oversight. Licensed plumber dropped off materials in morning and didn't return until completion in afternoon. Licensed plumber never went under slab to check on work performed.
