These guys are knowledgeable, down to earth and saved me from a failed inspection. They cost a bit more than the last guys I used but not outrageous. I'm learning you get what you pay for. Done with "good deals." I want good work.

The actual work that they did was fine. They were nice, and they fixed the problem. My issue arises with a billing query that I and my home warranty service have had for 2 months. Elliott at Eazy Flo has not responded to dozens of calls from the service company or from me. Not even the courtesy of a reply back. It is very unprofessional. I am hoping not to have to get lawyers involved, but it will be necessary if they do not reach out.
