Outstanding experience. I had just bought a house and the drains would back up during showers or laundry. I called roto-rooter first, but was sent to voicemail. Called Bob at Drain Cleaning Anchorage, and I'm glad I did! He came out in less than 2 hours. He guess my plumbing setup over the phone from listening to me describe the problem. Very knowledgable. Showed up on time and was super-professional. The problem was fixed in less than 1 hour. He even discovered a problem somewhere else in the house and showed me how to fix it to save money. I will definitely call Bob back for anything that goes wrong plumbing-wise. He was done fixing the problem before roto-rooter even returned my call.
