A-1 Bayou Bengal Plumbing

Never ever use this guy! His name is Joe Capell. He changed his company's name from Angel's Plumbing Repair Services to "A-1", I imagine to run from people he screwed over. I paid him $2100 to install a tub and toilet, that he paid $600 for. The tub was cracked when installing it and the toilet wobbled and started leaking within a month. When I called him to come back and finish the job he said he was retired, because he had back problems. The typical scam-artist contractor. See pictures of my text correspondence with him.
