One star is too much for this level of nonexistent customer service and poor quality pumbing work. Our home was left with unusable water pressure for over a week. When a job is completed and the customer has a complaint, some effort should be made to resolve it. They could not even be bothered to come see what the problem was, wanted us to agree to "time and materials" before they would even come see what they messed up. We had to have another plumber come fix the problem left by this unprofessional and unreliable company.

A long lasting Baton Rouge buisness still run by original owner. Respectful from the office to the employees and same quality employees for decades. My family built custom homes for 30 years in the finest neighborhoods in the capital area and have always used bonecaze.

I called to have some work done and communicated when I needed it done by. They said they’d call me back to set up a time. They didn’t so I called them back the next day. They told me the same thing. This went on for several days. The last day I called them back, 5 days from my initial phone call, which was the day I needed the work done, they finally told me they couldn’t send someone. Just call me back the first day and tell me that, instead of stringing me along for a week.
