Robbie and Archie came out and installed my hot water heater today and were fantastic. They were friendly, professional and worked quickly. They took the time to explain what was going on to me. Mrs. Candy was nice to speak with when I had a question and was pleasant. The other lady I spoke with in the office was curt, however. I would definitely recommend Robbie and Archie to anyone.

Do not bother with these guys ... want your credit card and then will tell you sorry, we can do it for three days .. very busy , people ahead of you. I asked his will he wait three days if it was his house, his response .."No" , then he said, at over time rates, I can do the job - isn't that "BRILLIANT"

Would NEVER recommend to my worst enemy. Claimed city sewer in my yard was full and caused my overlow problem. It wasn't. Dug up my yard and replaced a pipe but left yard a mess. Didn't help cuz 2 months later overflow again. Need another plumber after costing me hundreds already. S.A. Bush

The plumbers of B&D were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Out of at least 5 plumbers I have had to come to my house over the last 8 years or so, B&D were the only ones to tell me my problem was actually my septic system, which needed to be pumped. I have never had a septic system before, so no, I didn't know that! So after years of regular toilet backups, and my washing machine draining into my shower just to change things up a bit, I had the damn thing pumped, and the curtain came down on my plumbing drama. The office staff was courteous as well, many thanks B&D!!!
