Great service. Called them out on a Saturday and they came right away. Really nice guy, he answered all my questions and was very informative. Did a great job on the repair and pumping of my system. I would use this company again and highly recommend them.

Terribly RUDE and unless you don't mind that and cursing they still did not do the job. I understand it is not a pleasant job but nobody should have to put up with that type of rudeness.

Crooks...i hired these people to pump my septic tank along with an inspection and service contract for one year. I was quoted at $425, $275 for the pumping and $150 for the inspection and contract. So the guys show up, pump my system, and i pay the $275. I wasnt able to pass inspection due to needing a couple of minor electrical repairs (no problem). The guy was nice enough to tell me what i needed to repair in order to pass inspection tho. So, a week later, after getting repairs done by a certified electrician, i called American to tell them that i was ready for inspection. Guy tells me I'm on the list for tomorrow. Tomorrow rolls around and they are a no show. I call the next day and guy feeds me some nonsense about getting unexpected calls so they weren't able to get to me but he'll get to me tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and they're a no show AGAIN. This was a Friday. Of course they dont work on weekends so Monday rolls around and i call again and a different guy answers the phone and he isn't remotely familiar with me (but ive been on the list). After i bring him up to speed he tells me that the truck broke down and is in the shop by they're getting it out around lunchtime. At 1:36pm i receive a call from the guy i spoke to earlier and he tells me that they're on the way. 4:30pm rolls around and still no show so i called and the guy tells me that theyll get to me tomorrow. I respond by telling him that they been telling me that since last week. This guy has the nerve to tell me to find someone else to do it. SMH...unbelievable
