Very reasonable and awesome service

After trying this company I am without a shower at all now. Started with leakage or seepage in my shower floor in which I was told they couldn't fix it and that I needed a tile specialist. After receiving that they were paid but I dealt with a leak from my shower head in which the owner contacted me, in which I was glad of that and said he will send the guys back out and they returned. From there I was told that the valve parts were outdated and cant be replaced. After they left as I was turning the shower on, it was difficult to turn the valve, water pressure is low and the water would not stop running. They return to say its unfixable and I cant use my shower at all. Spoke with owner and nothing can be done because my parts are old he proclaims. They are old when things are not going their way on the second trip. Suspicious. New drip pan is needed, they say and things are wearing out in there. Why wasnt that spoke of the first visit? Now I'm disappointed, hurt, and maybe even discriminated against. This is my first home I recently bought. And I feel strongly I was played in their game since it will cost over five hundred dollars for them to fix my shower. Due to the world we live, i have feeling of being discriminated. Owner asks what's my problem when I got emotional and upset over the phone? My whole shower is out of order and no responsibility is taking place. They have ruin things for me
