The technician was so helpful and kind. Carlos came out and was very thorough and patient. He did not rush through the process or rush through the service issues. He explained everything, gave us all of our options and was very considerate of our financial budget. I would definitely recommend this company if all of the employees are as professional and customer oriented as our tech was.

Great customer service from the time I called until my drain was running freely again. The person answering the phone listened to me and was able to give me the information I needed. Dennis was prompt and quickly took care of the kitchen sink clog. He didn't try to make it more than it was and gave me some ideas to help prevent or delay clog formation in the future. I would definitely call them again!

I found James to be prompt, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He fully informed me of all of my options and explained everything he needed to do to resolve my clogged drain issue. He also gave me options to repair some other plumbing problems I am having and will consider doing in the future. The best part was that he completely removed the materials that were clogging my drain (hair and shampoo and conditioning products) and offered additional solutions that I could do to prevent future clogs. He is very well spoken and personable and represents Christian Brothers very well.

I called at 1PM on a Friday 6/27 (109 degrees for those who keep count above 105) and Barry and Skylar were at my house by 4:30 to check into an issue with my breaker box and an electrical box plug for my air handler in the attic. They two were polite and efficient and got me running again. Nice work! Also, Tim from dispatch was very polite and kept me up to date on the ETA of the truck. I'll use them again.
