Unfortunately, I never experienced any actual services due to scheduling issues and inadequate customer service. This company was assigned by my home warranty company and I was notified via text message of a date and time without any input if that time would work with my schedule. After the plumber missed the scheduled time he called to say he was running late and I asked to reschedule because I had another appointment that was too late to cancel. Again I received a text for the next day with a time I had no input on and I rearranged my schedule to accommodate. He then does not show up and did not call I just received another text with another day and time. I called the next morning and said the random time you scheduled for me doesn’t work can I please schedule for a week from now and to be in the morning 8-12. That morning came and I called because I received no reminder text and was told no I was from 4-6pm. Instead of trying to work with my schedule or trying to accommodate me I was chastised by the lady who answered the phone for the initial appointment being rescheduled. After explaining my entire situation and being argued with instead of helped I found it pointless and hung up. After complaining to my home warranty company I was reassigned a new plumbing company who showed up the next day during the scheduled time...imagine that...what a great concept.

HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Contacted our home warranty company on a Monday to request a plumber for a leaky faucet. They gave us Wett Plumbing and said they would call us. 2 days went by. NOTHING. My wife calls them and they say they are coming Friday. Ok, Friday rolls around and....Nothing! We called to ask when they we’re planning on coming and we’re told, and I quote, “Sorry, I’m out running errands and I don’t know when my technician is coming, I’ll let you know.” ???? Called our warranty company back to complain about the poor service and non-existent communication with this “company” and ended up getting a rude call back from the lady who was too busy running errands to take care of a customer! Unbelievable! Guess what lady! You are operating on OUR TIME LINE, NOT the other way around! We are supposed to just stay home all day from our jobs hoping you might grace us with your presence? NO. That’s NOT how the service industry works. Unbelievable

Worst customer service ever! Plumber came for 12 mins took my deposit and said he had to come back later for a follow up. But like everyone else no return calls, not answer the calls and not returning emails to the insurance! Luckily for us insurance has enough complaints about them and is giving us another plumber. UPDATE: My service order was under Theresa Young, You the owner was my plumber and your wife was the one ugly to me on the phone. Myself and the insurance was told someone would be out on July 9, no show, July 10 you came out looked and took my deposit. I was told you would come back later to repair the leaking faucet. July 12(this is when things got really ugly with your wife) I was told y'all do not make schedules ahead of time, she has no idea when someone would be out maybe Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. I called my insurance AGAIN, they then called and spoke to your wife, she told them someone would be out on Monday make sure I had my washer and dryer removed. Monday comes and my husband starts calling y'all from 8 am -1030 and no answer no return call. I call the insurance AGAIN and they put in a complaint and sent you an email. You then had 24 hours to reply on why we were constantly told one date and never show, and no calls back. Over 24 hours pass and on the 17 at 5:10 pm I get a text message you will be out on Wednesday. However this was to late and I was given the approval to hire another plumber. Hope this answers all your questions about my service.

My home warranty company set me up with this company. They sent a text message appt time without talking to me. I had to call warranty company to get there # cause it wasn’t in text. Called & spoke with a lady & made a new appt. it was for Thur. between 9 & 12. Day of appt comes around no one showed up, called 4 times between 12 & 2:00 got no answer, so I left message with no return call. The next day I call my home warranty company & had them get me a new plumbing company. So I’m not sure if there work is good, but based on the service I got & didn’t get on the phone I’m not sure about this company.
