Cook Universal plumbing two months to finally resolve the leak issue in my home. About 98% sure that I paid for a slab leak repair that didn't exist since the leak didn't stop. Now that the leak is stopped, have no whatever they re-routed,w flowing to my refrigerator. No stars!!

So much for 24 hr service. Im sitting here in my house with only 1 bathroom and a tub that just completely stopped up and the "answering service"lady tells me she can leave them a message and someone will call me when the office opens up and that she was instructed not to take any calls after 10 pm!!!! Where are the 24 hr plumbers???

If I could give this company negative 1 star I would. They almost go above and beyond bad business practices. I paid $90 dollars just for someone to come look at my issues and to have an evaluation done to let me know what I needed to have done. About 2 days after the appointment was made the technician came out crawled underneath my home, took a few pictures and left. Eight days go by and I never heard anything,so I called. The receptionist told me my information had not even been turned in for evaluation. She said the person who does the bids is out of the office and wouldn’t be back until a couple days later. I waited another 7 days !!!!!!!! I called again and she placed me on hold for a few minutes and came back and said we don’t know what needs to be done at your house all we can tell you is that it’ll cost $125 dollars an hour plus the cost of materials. NO THANK YOU. After my bad experience with this company I asked around a little, which is what I wish I would’ve done in the first place and all I heard was how bad this company is. Nothing done in a timely manner and no professionalism. I wrote this review in the hopes anyone thinking about hiring a plumbing company avoid the headache that comes with Universal Plumbing.

Great experience beginning with the initial phone call to Universal and ending with the service call being completed. Will absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services. I don’t usually write reviews, but this is my third time using Universal in the last four years, and wanted to share. They are prompt, courteous and very reasonably priced. Thank you for fixing my water heater. Great to have hot water again!

After having unforeseen issues with the size of our old water heater vent and the new tankless water heater vent, the employee disappeared without telling my wife, whom was home at the time. After coming back and attempting to fix the problem, he told me that there were still issues with the roof that would need to be fixed. After I started filling out Home Depot's customer service form and giving them bad grades, they called my wife to try to fix the solution. They made it seem like the roof was fine. We called our roofing company who came out and, for $195, fixed the roof that would have leaked. When I called these guys to see what they would do about it, they said they told my wife that the roof still had issues and that it was a "misinterpretation."
