Fantastic Service ! Reasonably priced, well dressed and extremely courteous. Brian, my roto rooter plumber showed me the issue and corrected it. He also took the time to show me the rest of the pipes as he was checking so I could see for myself at no extra charge. Thank you guys for defining what being a professional is !

We are in the process of making a house livable that has been vacant for many years. This was our second call to Roto Rooter and my first time meeting Marcus. First of all, our call was handled in a timely manner, upon arriving Marcus assessed the situation quickly and went into thoroughly looking everything over before snaking the drain. It was pretty clogged, so this took a bit of time. Sink is draining perfectly and I won’t hesitate to call the next time I need plumbing help. Great customer service
Let me start off by saying nobody likes plumbing problems not even the plumber but if you have plumbing problems you want to make sure he or she is licensed and bonded and are up to date with the new codes. So now to my story it started off with a slow draining kitchen sink just run a snake down the drain or vent and cleared the clog but if your plumbing had been installed by a previous homeowner who did not know anything about plumbing the nightmare begins. So thumbing through the Yellow pages I was fortunately enough to come across Jose service technician 83 for rotor router plumbing and drain service who crawled underneath my house to the crawlspace to fix prior plumbing issues left behind by amateurs Jose brought back photos of the problem and a remedy to fix these issues correctly. He was courteous timely and even cleaned up after himself after the job was done he left me a clean floor and a clean driveway I will recommend Jose to my friends or anyone who needs plumbing work done.
