I would give them a -5 star if I could. It was thousands of dollars for HORRIBLE and I mean horrible service

Unprofessional, few technicians were obviously on drugs.

Bad service, replaced something without noticing, and misbilling to what I hadn't asked for or noticing. At the end of July, I asked for the service of Colville Plumbing & Irragation, INC for a few leaking in my rental property, I called and made an appointment, told the person on the phone twice to give me a call first. The guy showed up and fixed some of the leaking spots, I didn't get any call at all, when I went to the property and checked all the leaking spots I mentioned the next day, I realized that there is one spot that he didn't fixed at all under the sink in the kitchen while there were two spots, he just fixed one, and the leaking in the front yard and back yard, he didn't fix them but asked us the to cut the wall and tried to sell some other service, I called back to the guy but didn't get call back all for so many times. The next second day I called to complained about the missing spot that he hadn't fixed and the front yard & back yard, but he was just saying that let me get a carpenter to cut the wall before he could be able to fix them. My tenant was complaining about the leaking under the sink, so I called them to fix that missing spot first. Aug. 15， 2015 I got a bill from Colville Plumbing & Irragation, INC which was about the service they provided to fix the leaking, and SURPRISINGLY, there is a despription saying that the "Replaced the garbage dispoal" for $150, I had no idea about this item listed and as I known that the disposal was working very well. And they REPLACED it without letting me know at all, I called immediately about the Invoice, and they said that they would have someone call me about the invoice, I hadn't gotten any call all, Aug.17th, 2015 I called again to see who can explain about the replacement of the disposal at all, still they said that there would be someone to call me, till now, I haven't gotten any call from them at all.

I had a horrible experience with Colville Plumbing on Zachary Dr. Scott LA 70583. The boss Mr.Bill who is there from 5;30am to 7;00am mon-friday refused to discipline his employees the one who is known to me as dainel which drove mr. Bill Colville's truck during and after work,was doing so recklessly.I got him,daniel on film threatening me only in the presence of my minor child multipul times. After alerting mr. Bill numerous times no actions were taken upon worker dainel.Mr. Bill said "CALL THE POLICE I DON'T CARE" I began to do just that.This upset daniel and followed through with his threat of bodily harm.I was kicked out of my residence by his uncle Marty Daigle and had to move out within 5 days. Reason on eviction notice stated I was calling police to often. I want everyone to know how they conduct "BUSINESS"!
