Dealt with this company contracted out through American Home Shield Warranty, work was half assed, they chipped my tub and ruined one of our white towels they used as a 'rag'. I had plenty of old towels suitable for this purpose if they needed. No respect. They also showed up without any warning, good(?) thing I was even home at the time. When the problem returned less than a week later (clog in line) we opted to have the problem seen to by professionals. Since the seller of the home had been the one to pay for the Warranty, I was only out $60 for their shoddy work and so I made the choice to leave it be with them rather than invite those clowns back into my home to make another mess. They had also told me that there wasn't much they could do the first time they were out, but let me tell you the replacement plumber took care of the problem promptly and he had all his own tools and rags so nothing of mine was messed with in the process. (these guys were asking me for wrenches, plungers, you name it) This all happened in Nov 2012, I am just writing this up now because something else has come up with them long after I thought I was done with them forever. Either they are so unorganized as to mistakenly bill me for another job they recently did or are trying to defraud myself and the Home Warranty company, but that is a matter between them and my Home Warranty service at this point so that is all I will say about that here. Pick a plumber at random out of the phone book before calling these guys. Trust me.
