There isn’t much good I can say about a company that charges $334.00 to change a bathroom faucet. They came out while I was gone because my wife noticed a leak under the bathroom vanity. Granted, when my wife called and told me the cost I was under the assumption that they were changing the entire sink for that price, since I had a licensed plumber from another company install and plumb a hot water tank for around the same price. The minimum service charge of $39.00 was also a stand-alone cost and not rolled into the total cost as a credit to the service amount so it’s a bit shady to call this a minimum service charge and still charge you the $39.00 when you exceed the minimum service amount... I looked up the make and model of the faucet they installed; it retails for about $50. You do the math. Their “up-front” pricing is anything but upfront. Because when I called and spoke to the lady who answered, she couldn’t tell me why I was charged about $250 in labor for 20 minutes of work. All she kept saying is that it’s priced per job. Maybe, but it still doesn’t change the fact that even if you marked up the material 100% to make it 100, I’m still left with $234.00 for 20 minutes of labor. If you like your money, please choose another company for your plumbing needs because it’s downright shameful they charged anything even remotely close to $334 to change a faucet. I know better for next time who I won’t be calling, and I hope I save someone the heartache of spending that much money.

So we called them @8:30am they called us right away to say someone was on the not even in 5 min which was great when the guy got here he didn’t have what he need so he left and said another guy was gonna come , 2 hours later another guy came and he didn’t have what he need and said sumbody else was gonna bring it cause he let another plumber use it so the another guy come along with the other 2 from this morning our bathroom has been disconnected since 8:30 this morning and now it is 2:30 going on 3 and we had to go use the restroom somewhere else which is absurd when the first time they should’ve came already prepared. We can’t use it outside we’re not animals !!!!! I get back in the house and there laughing and giggling in The bathroom instead of doing the job that should’ve been done it doesn’t take 3 trucks and a trailer and 6 people and still not even close to being done I am highly upset ????????‼️‼️‼️‼️

Dustin and John were super professional and kind. They answered all my questions and explained everything to me fully. They worked hard (till 7pm) to fix my plumbing, but had to come back early the next day. They got it done. I recommend them 100%

I had 2 toilets replaced 3 years ago and had to pay $300 for them to come back and secure one to the floor. Then, I had another toilet crack because it wasn’t secured to the floor and now they say I’ll have to pay $400 to replace it. Also, I told the technician that one of the valves was leaking but he insisted it wouldn’t leak once the new toilet was installed. But then he had to come fix the leaky valve the next day. Overpriced labor for subpar plumbing!!! Go somewhere else.

I Recently had Matt the electrician at my home. He solved the mystery immediately for a light in my hall bathroom that gave me problem for years & changed an outlet under my carport that now is available for all my outdoor projects. I highly recommend Ace Plumbing & Electric.
