Our water heater sprung a leak early in the morning and I called Isley’s because we were considering them to replace our two A/C units. Their tech was able to respond right away and brought us a new water heater and installed it. He did a great job and all is well, except for our pocketbook. The old GE water heater was from Home Depot and had a 12 year warranty, which was barely still in effect, but still netted us $500. This helped soften the $1300 cost for the new one from Isley’s, which only has a 6 year warranty. ‘Thus the four stars instead of five. $1300 for a basic 50 gallon gas water heater installed seems way too expensive. The top of the line GE unit from Home Depot with a 12 year warranty was $700 installed. Of course that was nearly 12 years ago, but still. . .

Excellent customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Evaluated current system, made suggestions for service plan and carried out. Found other issues and recommended improvements for better efficiency of system. Highly recommend Isley’s Home Service to meet your needs!

I used Isley's for our new AC/Heating install. I met with 3 other of the highest rated installers in the area and was extremely happy that I made the decision to go with them. All the way through the install process and now through the support side, they have been great to work with. I used Google Review as one of several sources to vet the potential companies to take this project. I wanted to give back to those that use this as an important tool to determine who to use. I would recommend their company highly to others that are trying to make the same decision about a new AC install. It is a quality company that truly cares about their customers and I would use them again.

The technician was very thorough and provided a detailed report on our HVAC unit, as well as what we should plan for in the future for maintenance, which I really appreciated knowing what we needed to set money aside for a later expense rather than being told it was immediate. I also appreciated that the technician took photographs of the unit and explained each part and how each operated and whether it was operating correctly. He was very courteous and respectful of our home and time. I also really appreciate that he cleaned up after himself when finished.

I had then come out for two foundation water leaks about two years apart. They came out immediately, helped me to understand what and where the leak occured. Gave me several options and prices for repairs. Followed up with very professional repairs and extremely fair prices. The repairman was personable, honest and skilled in getting things back in order on a timely basis. Cant ask for much more and will use them again when needed. I would also recommend them to anyone that needed help.
