Earl's Plumbing & Heating LLC

Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time for a Wednesday at 1pm. They called me after 1pm to tell me that 2 plumbers ahd not shown up that day and that they needed to reschedule. I rescheduled for the following Tuesday for after 1pm. They called a 1:54pm 3 times in a row, but I missed the call. I returned the call at 1:59pm and they said they had already sent the plumber to a different house. So now after taking 2 afternoons off of work I am looking for a more professional company.

Called to get an estimate, the guy didn't seem to want to talk. Need better customer service.

Have had to call for a plumber twice since buying a home a year ago. Both times, Earl's sent a plumber out within an hour. The first time, a sink wouldn't drain. They replaced the drainpipes and took the old disposal out at my request and were done within 2 hours. The second time, the 20 year old water heater started leaking rusty water. Less than 3 hours later, they installed a new one, drilled a new drainage line, installed a pan and hauled off the old unit. Both times, the quoted price was fair and didn't change when the work was done. To my layman's eyes, the quality of the plumbing looks great. Thanks guys.

As a landlord working with many vendors this is one that I would keep working with.

We've used several plumbers in Metairie and New Orleans over the years and without question, Earl's has been the best. Their service is excellent, their plumbers are knowledgeable, they're always prompt and reasonably priced. They always check to see if we were happy with their visit and we always are!
