Our technician was wonderful. Service was timely and the man who came to our house was pleasant and professional. However, I'm not sure if whoever manages their accounts and billing is new, overworked, or what but twice in 2 months they tried to bill us for services we don't owe. We paid in full with a check and the first time they told us we didn't pay. And again just recently we received an overdue notice for payments on a totally different house but our name was on it. I'm not sure I'd do business with them again because the accounting end seems disorganized.

I called around noon with a non emergency and they were here by 3pm— same day. They quickly resolved the issue; we can now flush our toilets with impunity. Also a slightly less important aside, they (I dealt with Aaron) are super knowledgeable and friendly. Crossroads Plumbing is definitely on our call sheet for the next inevitable plumbing crisis.

August 6th I have contacted this vendor as per their request. Call somebody else.

Call for a stop up and ask for the price, the guy told me over the phone it was $175. The bill came out to $477. The only reason it took him so long to fix it because he had to run to the store and get some acid to run thru the drain pipe. Plus they broke one of the cover pieces from the grease trap connection because the helper was over tighten it and they had to replace that as well. Running the snake and pouring acid into the drain pipe does not equal to $477. All the extra time was from him going to the store and fixing their mistake. I have the video showing where they put in the new piece. I will gladly show them to you.
