I came in WITH the part i needed to replace and was told by the lazy rude salesman without any attempt to look on the computer or in any reference catalog. "I can't find that part you need to go somewhere else". He did recommend another shop but failed to give directions or set us in the correct direction. He then muttered a comment i shall not repeat under his breath and continued watching his program on his phone. Perhaps the salesman doesn't care to be interrupted during his YouTube time or maybe he's racist and just doesn't care to help brown people. Beware when asking for help. Ask the pool shark he is a genius at finding your parts but don't ask the guy who sits in the cubicle in front of him.
