This is the second time I’ve had a American do all come to my house. The first was two years ago for an electrician. I had issues then too. Today I had two toilets installed through Lowes. Lowes contacted American do all to do the work. I was charged $99.00 each for installation. When they came to install them they found a flange was broken in one of the toilets. They wanted to charge me $130.00 to replace it. I went to Lowes myself and the piece was $3.84! They charged me 85 dollars to take off a piece of plastic and replace it with the one I bought. On top of that they didn’t tell me that the toilets seats didn’t match. I only knew to look because I overheard them saying that one was missing. And then suddenly it appeared. I also had to ask for the extra wax rings back that came with the toilets as they were going to walk off with them. I returned them to the store for a refund. I really feel they are a dishonest company. I will never use them again. If you want to feel good about a company to do your work, don’t ask for them. Now they will have to come back and change out the toilet seat for the right one. Very disappointing.
