Very unprofessional company. I called to have someone come out to my duplex to paint shutters and do some drywall repair. I was told prior to their arrival that everything could be done at the time of the estimate assuming we agreed on price. I gave specific instructions for them to call upon arrival because my back door opens to my bedroom and I don't always hear the front door as I am on the top floor. As soon as the representative arrived, he knocked on my back door. I did not feel comfortable doing opening my bedroom door so I called Andy on Call and told them to have him meet me out front. The representative was extremely rude and nasty to me after that. I finally asked him why and he told me it was because I didn't answer my door knowing that he was coming. Seriously? I was then told that he did not have the materials to do the drywall repair, but would do the shutters, so I allowed him to do the shutters. He then bent the shutters, somehow, while he was painting them. I called and they claimed that I was making it up. I had happened to take pictures of the front of the house that included the shutters a few days prior to the appointment. I offered to show him the pictures and he was not interested, and continued to retain that I was making it up. He refunded me the money it cost to paint the shutters. However, that does not start to cover the damage caused. Their behavior as a company was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
