Les from Area Plumbing demonstrated this morning that he is a competent, experienced, technically proficient professional who also puts priority on customer service. Because of the positive experience that we had this morning, I will be changing my local plumbing vendor to Area Plumbing immediately. To me, customer service is what it is all about. When I am treated with respect and deference, the vendor will be assured of retaining this customer. Area Plumbing met that very high standard this morning with a very pleasant, courteous, and professional contact at my residence. Thank you, Les, and Area Plumbing. You have a new customer now.

Clay and the people of Area Plumbing were completely thorough and professional throughout the entirety of the service call. Everything done was explained and options were given according to what I needed to have done. At the end of the service call, I was given recommendations of other services that they provide and items that should be looked at, replaced, or serviced in the future. No pressure was given to include anything extra into the work that I had already authorized. I will definitely call Area Plumbing for all other work that I may need done in the future.

Jose was an honest and engaging worker when he an his partner came to my house to find the problem with our washer's drain pipe backing up. And when faced with a choice on what to do about it, he sought help from his boss, Jeffrey and was able to take care of the problem. Quality work from a quality plumbing team.

I had them come out on two occurrences in the same property, first for a plumbing inspection on a home we are purchasing. The first time, Les and Jose did a plumbing inspection with camera work, both were very professional and knowledgeable; they explained in terms that were easy to understand. I was very impressed with their work ethic. The second time Les came to do work on a clogged line. He explained the work that was done and also recommended a treatment to maintain the plumbing lines. If you are in the process of buying a home or want to know the condition of your plumbing, especially in an older home, I highly recommend doing the plumbing camera inspection. Best money spent!
