I liked Kevin, our tech, but $ 325 for an angle valve and flush valve? Those are $40 at Home Depot. I am not judging Kevin, just this company.
Several weeks ago, I had a clog in my drain. The man came out and said he would have to have another man to bring a camera to find where it was. They went under my home (I assume). When they came back in, I was told it would be $3800 -- wow! No way! They charged me $538 for service charge, the camera ($335) and 2 bottles of liquid and I still had a clog. I called and told them I was not happy. The manager or someone, called and said he would check in to it and see what he could see on the picture from the camera -- well I am still waiting to hear from him -- this was more than 2 weeks ago. I called another company -- he was out in a couple of hours, took about 40 minutes and charged me $165 to clear the drain. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
