Needed a claw foot tub removed from the master bath. Plumber was prompt and pleasant. He cut two pipes and put new valves on, and the he assisted me with moving the tub outside. He was here for about 30 minutes. The bill was $490!!. I have used this company previously, when Bob was the owner, but things have changed on the pricing model. Time to look for another hometown plumber.
THis morning at 7:00 we discovered hot water heater under the kitchen sink was leaking and there was water everywhere. I called Travis & Sons ( new owner took over end of October) and immediately they answered the phone. Within an hour the plummer was at our door to turn off the water for me and research what needed to be done. He had another job to first attend, and returned mid-day with the new equipment to fix the problem. They are prompt, professional, and very very customer service oriented and I recommend them highly to everyone!
We had a massive flood coming from underneath the shower. First plumber called just referred us to restoration services to have shower, tub and portions of wall removed before he could determine the cause. Called Travis Plumbing, Mr. Matt Howard came out very quickly. He found the cause of the leak immediately; a broken pipe just behind the shower head. He repaired it quickly and assured us we needn't do massive rebuilding! We so appreciated his promptness, kindness and common sense and expertise. Recommend this company and especially Mr. Howard.
Travis and Sons came to my home for a hot water replacement, they gave me a good price and were very professional. The plumber was very polite.
I have used this company several times in the past, did a good job, were on time, I've waited now 3 days for a response after having left a message on a answering machine, I have a loose kitchen sink faucet that needs to be fixed, this is in my opinion an in and out deal, just tighten something up, we are not replacing the sink, know what, I'll never call them again, if you can't take 30 seconds out of your day to respond to a stinking phone call, you need another line of work, we pay their bills, so when you ignore that phone call, it could have negative results for your company, enough said.
