STOLE MONEY FROM ME. hey if I hire someone to fix something and i give them money in the from of a debit card i expect them to be promt. They took over 3 months to charge my debit card. Thats so pathetic.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve left numerous messages with no return call. The one time someone actually did answer, he said he would call back to schedule a time to come out and of course, never called back.
Don’t know what’s happened with this company. The technician came in my house with dirty shoes, cussed and complained about the toilet being old and out of date and too heavy, told me I should just buy a new toilet and when I asked him if he could just fix what needed to be fixed he seemed irritated. Would not replace the part of the handle and when he said he didn’t have the part he just looked at me. He bent the arms of the flasher woodwork and replaced the seal. But he complained and cussed the whole time.
will not return a phone call about a bill, they didn't follow up on the problem as they said they would but sure got a $400+ bill dated may 31. it was not put in mail until July 13 post mark, they totally missed the septic problem and recommended replacing the whole system. Charged for a camera that was placed 2-3 foot into line worked 2 hours x 2 men who were not there a total of 1 hour. I have left my number wanting to talk but they will not return phone call after many requests. Whitehead came out ran their camera and push what ever was in line out. THERE FORE I DIDN'T NEED A REPLACEMENT, I NEEDED A PROFESSIONAL PLUMPING COMPANY. Sorry for the 1 star but when you won't get back with your customers it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Not planning on paying this bill until someone has the nerve to call and talk with me.
Dishwasher not draining. Service guy shows up lays on kitchen floor Takes off bottom of dishwasher panel says he can’t see anything and dishwasher broke. Put panel back on and wanted $77. These guys are a joke. No diagnostic work at all. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS
