I wish I could have rated 0. We had a sewer backup in a building we rent out. They came out charged $330/hr and then left. Within 12 hours the issue occured again so we called back to have them correct the issue. It ended up taking almost 24 hrs to return and when they did they said they wouldn't do the work unless they were paid another $900 to install a clean out, since the way they had tried originally wasn't very effective.

This company is not local, even though the address listed is a local address. They are in Nicholasville, and charge a $50 fee to come to Frankfort.
