Maeser Master Services

In and out in 10 minutes, to correct a problem that Maeser did not do right 2 months ago. Jeremy seems to know his business well, and had a trainee with him that seemed anxious to learn. I believe they fixed it the right way this time (I don't know plumbing well enough to know if there is a better way to do it). They apologised for the repair not being done the right way before, and told me to call if there are any other issues. No charge for the visit.

We didn’t know what to expect with all the HVAC companies out there and have had some issues in the past. We have a 9 month old and a 4 year old and our a/c went out on the 2 hottest days of summer. I researched companies for two days and Maeser kept popping up. I made the decision and called. We got on the schedule that day. I received a call, text and email that Mark Thompson would be my tech. Mark Thompson was on time, very courteous, explained the issue and how he could resolve the issue. He didn’t try to sell me a new system, even though I brought it up, instead he said this is a simple fix. He replaced the damaged part, cleaned the system, checked for any other issues and was done in a few hours. Very refreshing these days to know he places the customer first and not the sale. However, he did secure a sale in the future and a customer for life.

Michael is great. They sent him to correct a problem, which was great. BUT it was the 4 or 5th time he's been to fix the toilet rocking! This is not a great way to do business. I appreciate them coming out for free but …. I think he's very experienced but something is not right.

Addison arrived early after I received a call asking if it was alright for him to come early. He was very courteous, and professional. He did a very good job on the repair, and cleaned everything up. I am very satisfied.
