Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Sierra Vista

He installed our hot water heater 3 years ago. Mind you, our previous water heater was installed by a different plumber and was good for 13 years. No problems whatsoever. The previous one be for that was installed and lasted over 16 years and never failed. The owner of Mr. Rooter installed this one himself. He used the correct brass shutoff valve, but on one end he used an iron fitting instead of brass. Anyone knows you do not use iron, especially with water lines or it will rust. Did not know this is what was used. We came home a day early from a 3 week vacation back East. Good thing. At 5:00 the next morning the rusted fitting failed and started spraying water. By the time we heard it and got it shut off, our bathroom was flooded. Can you imagine if this happened while we were gone and it sprayed 24/7 for 22 days. No amount of homeowners insurance could have fixed our ruined home. We called for emergency service at 6:30 that Sunday morning and got a call back saying they could come next Saturday, 7 days later. He also charged us $700 to install the water heater and then we found out the average charge was under $300. We have notified Corporate headquarters about his shoddy work that could have devastated our home. Angry for sure!!

First class operation from start to finish. Jason is a fantastic plumber. He made a hard job look easy. Highly recommend. Came on time took care of business as promised.
