Hornback Plumbing

I called and they were out the next morning. We had a hot water heater put in,our tech was so professional and through . Helped with teaching us how to maintain it. Answered my questions thanks to all of you for your help. I will definitely be using them again.

1) Did not run service pipes nor drains for my bathtub so drywall had to be completely redone for the entire basement! 2) Ran septic line on top of ground instead of removing rock. 3) removed shingles on roof to run a vent pipe and didn't fix nor replace shingles 4) installed main water line that leaks and Meade County water company confirmed it was a leak at pipe. 5) crock/sump pump in basement failed because plumbing wasn't properly installed

I would highly recommend Hornback plumbing. They are very professional. Our sump pump went out & they came the same day to replace it. As a bonus.... they offered us a military discount. Thank you, Hornback Plumbing, you were awesome!!!!

Called because of my toilet flushing into my tub. The staff was friendly and courteous. Got to me in a reasonable time. However, the gentleman who came out only spent 10 minutes looking around and flushed my toilet 5 times and because it wouldn't re-create the problem he said there was nothing he could do. Charged me for a full hour of service to flush my toilet 5 times. Not 30 minutes after he left, the problem occurred again. I'm now seeking new services to have my septic tank pumped. I feel like this company could have used their 15 years experience to further investigate and fixed my problem in one trip.

Donnie is a good guy who leads his team that is very professional. Kyle goes out of his way to assure that the problem is fixed and in a timely manner with excellent rates as well. If I could give them more stars, I would. Keep up the good work...
