The first time we called, we had an excellent experience. Our washing machine was leaking & he came out promptly, fixed it & had us using our washer in no time even when a part had to be ordered. Repairman was friendly & polite. We tried calling to have something else repaired a few months later and left messages 3 different times and no one ever called us back. We ended up having to contact someone else.
