Excellent service, and fast, or as fast as it could be with our complicated house. Water heater burst and the tech, Stan, was here within an hour. Came back with a new heater, helped move cabinets to fit it in. Came back with an expansion tank to fix another issue found when the heater started up, then installed a relief line to get everything up to code. He was on this job for at least 6 hours. Friendly, quality work and warranty as well, and very good price. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Disappointed, very disappointed. Promised work, didn't show, didn't call. Kind of wasted my day waiting for him. Secretary said they were on their way. Never showed, never called. When I called to follow up, he let me leave a message and never responded. Not what I expected from Brad.
Done at least 10 jobs for me over the years several rentals had a few with frozen busted pipes the man got out 5 degrees at 2 am come over fixed it never complained he said this is what i do and laughed he said he loves his job . Brad chandler is 100% what u see is what u get no bs up front business
