Theo Walton Plumbing

This is the second time I've used Walton Plumbing since moving to Bowling Green from Massachusetts. Jeromy is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and sociable. He's on time when scheduled and his scheduler Brenda is a joy to talk with. I highly recommend Walton Plumbing and will be using them whenever I need a plumber.

Walton came by for an estimate and said it would be a week. That turned into a month without showers. When he finally came at our scheduled appointment he said the crawl space was too wet and would come bsck later in the day. He didn't. When I called he left a nasty message back saying it was our fault the crawl space was wet (we have leaks that he is supposed to repair) and he'd come back when he was ready or we could find someone else. Made us wait over a month because he is overbooked and then made an excuse NOT to do the job. Still without a working shower and utterly flabbergasted. Do NOT RECOMMEND! BEWARE OF THEO WALTON PLUMBING!!

Said he replaced parts inside my 85 year old mother, he charged her for fixing her toilet and parts, her toilet was never fixed and no new parts. When she called him back he yelled and screamed at her over the phone and refused to fix the problem. She has had another company come over and fix it, they said there were no new parts in her toilet and for her to call the Better Business and file a complaint , so we are! Bad business, Bad reputation!!

They have always supported our large and old family home when we were in need. I have health issues and have submitted a mistaken review in the past. I hope the Waltons will accept my sincere apology for my personal mistake. This is the only plumber my family has ever trusted for over 30 years.
